Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within the Czech Republic and to the member states of the European Union. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Where we deliver
We ship within the Czech Republic and the European Union only. We do not ship outside the EU. If we cannot deliver to your address we will contact you and refund your payment in full.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Delivery then takes 3–7 business days within the Czech Republic and 5–12 business days elsewhere in the European Union. Stated times are estimates based on carrier information and are not binding delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.
Bulky and heavy items
Bulky or palletised goods cannot be sent as ordinary parcels. For these items we agree the carrier, the delivery date and the final freight cost with you by email or phone before the order is dispatched; if the freight cost differs from the rate charged at checkout you may cancel and receive a full refund. Delivery is to the kerbside.
Assembly and safe use
Furniture is delivered flat-packed or palletised for self-assembly — we do not provide installation. Check room dimensions, doorways and stair access before ordering; package sizes and weights are stated per item. Secure tall furniture with the supplied anti-tip fittings. Hard-wired lighting must be connected by a qualified electrician. Natural variation in timber, stone and leather is a property of the material, not a defect.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or incomplete deliveries
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the carrier where possible, keep the packaging and contact us as soon as you can so we can claim against the carrier. Your statutory rights from defective performance (24 months) remain unaffected.
